PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver sulfuration preventive material capable of sufficiently controlling sulfuration of silver, a method for forming a silver sulfuration preventive film using the same, and a method for manufacturing a light emitting device having excellent sulfuration resistance.SOLUTION: A silver sulfuration preventive material contains clay and solvent, and the solvent contains water and aqueous liquid. A method for forming a silver sulfuration preventive film includes an application step S105 of forming the coating film of a silver sulfuration preventive material by applying the silver sulfuration preventive material to the surface of a silver-containing layer in which silver is contained, and a drying step S106 of drying the coating film. |
