PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water regulating device for a water channel, capable of limiting water flowing in the water channel, regardless of a water level in the water channel.SOLUTION: This water regulating device for a water channel includes a water turbine gate 10 arranged in a predetermined position of a water channel 1 and an upper stopper 40. The water turbine gate 10 includes a rotary shaft 11 crossing with the extending direction of the water channel 1 and having buoyancy of floating on a water surface and a plurality of blades 12 projecting in the radial direction from the rotary shaft 11. The upper stopper 40 locks the upward blades 12 so that the blades 12 of the water turbine gate 10 do not rotate when a water level rises, and is provided in a position for setting a part between the lower edge 12a of the blades 12 of turning to the water bottom side and a water bottom 3 in predetermined opening. |
