Introduced are a ferritic stainless steel with excellent anticorrosive properties against condensate water, and a manufacturing method thereof. The ferritic stainless steel with excellent anticorrosive properties against condensate water of the present invention comprises: 0.01 wt% or less of C (exclusive of 0 wt%); 0.5-1.5 wt% of Si; 0.5 wt% or less of Mn (exclusive of 0 wt%); 0.035 wt% or less of P (exclusive of 0 wt%); 0.01 wt% or less of S (exclusive of 0 wt%); 11-15 wt% of Cr; 0.15-0.5 wt% of Ti; 0.05-0.5 wt% of Sn; 0.013 wt% or less of N (exclusive of 0 wt%); and the remaining consisting of Fe. (Si+(Ti/C+N)) defined as an intergranular anticorrosion index is 14 or higher. The depth of a corrosive portion defined by the following formula is 0.25 mm or less. The expected service time defined by the following formula is 36 months or longer. Ti/(C+N) is 12 or higher. Depth of the corrosive portion (mm) = 0.2+0.3*exp{-(X-13.2)/3.2}, and expected service time (month) = 55 + -35*exp{-(X-13.3)/7.8}X = Cr+5Si+40Sn. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the ferritic stainless steel with excellent anticorrosive properties against condensate water capable of obtaining excellent anticorrosive properties against condensate water even in a condition of using high-sulfur fuel, and reducing manufacturing costs. |
