The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a brake pedal coil printed circuit board for a vehicle, configured to light a rear brake lamp by swiftly sensing physical force through a wireless sensor, when the physical force of a driver is applied to a foot brake pedal. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of preparing first epoxy layers on both surfaces; a second step of separately stacking a second epoxy layer on first copper foil and separately arranging second copper foil on the second epoxy layer; a third step of forming a copper plated layer; a fourth step forming a circuit with a certain pattern on an electrolysis copper plated layer and an electroless copper plated layer; a fifth step of applying photo solder resist (PSR) ink to the electrolysis copper plated layer; a sixth step of applying marking ink to the PSR ink; a seventh step of forming a Ni plated layer; and an eighth step of forming an Au plated layer on the Ni plated layer. |
