PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of converting an Fe-Pt alloy thin film having an irregular A1 structure formed by a sputtering method or the like into an Fe-Pt alloy magnetic thin film having an L1structure which is regularized by a method other than heat treatment.SOLUTION: When a specific amount of P is independently blended into an Fe-Pt alloy or blended into an Fe-Pt alloy together with a specific amount of Cu or specific amounts of Cu and Ag, an Fe-Pt alloy thin film can be obtained which can be regularized by electron beam irradiation without heat treatment. |
