Creating a connection between several communication addresses (109, 110) involves an intermediate entity (105), such as, for example, a server. The intermediate entity (105) has a plurality of registered users (106, 107,108). A registered user has at least one communication address, which is known to the intermediate entity. The intermediate entity (105) defines a connection between respective communication addresses (109, 110) of registered users (106, 107) upon reception of respective connection requests (255, 256) from these respective registered users (106, 107) if their respective connection requests comprise a same set of codes (251, 253). The intermediate entity (105) then transmits connection definition data (258) to a communication address of a registered user (106) who has submitted the connection request (255). The connection definition data includes a connection identifier (257) for inclusion in a message from a communication address of the registered user (106) in the connection so that the intermediate entity (105) can route this message to other communication addresses in the connection. |
