According to the present invention, a transmission control method comprises: a step of shifting into a predetermined gear; a step of determining failure of a shifting motion from a signal received from a first sensor set as a main position sensor; a step of verifying the signal received from the first sensor and the signals received from a second sensor set as an auxiliary position sensor; and a step of setting the second sensor as the main position sensor, setting the first sensor as the auxiliary position sensor, and determining again whether or not the shifting motion is achieved when it is determined that there is a defect as a result of verification. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the transmission control system, or the transmission control method preventing retrial of the shifting motion when a sensor intermittently malfunctions. |
