The output shaft has splines continuously formed on a peripheral surface of an entire site on which the output-shaft gears and the hub are disposed, the hub is spline-fitted in the output shaft, bearings of the output-shaft gears are relatively rotatably disposed on the splines of the output shaft, and the case member is roughly divided in halves into a first case member which supports the input shaft and the output shaft on the one-end sides and a second case member which supports the input shaft and the output shaft on the other-end sides. |
