摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction mechanism capable of maintaining suction of a screw even when a bit sucking the screw projects from a screw guide, of which a suction route of the air can be easily processed, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.SOLUTION: A suction mechanism comprises: a bit 2 with an engaging part 2a which engages into head of a screw W; a metal fitting 3 inserted into and fixed to the bit 2; and a screw guide 10 which includes an outer periphery of the metal fitting 3, in which the bit 2 is constituted of: the engaging part 2a; a large diameter shaft part 2c which constantly contacts an inner wall surface of the metal fitting 3; and a small diameter shaft part 2b which connects the large diameter shaft part 2c and the engaging part 2a. On the other hand, the metal fitting 3 is fixed to the large diameter shaft part 2c, a ventilation groove 3a is formed on one end of the metal fitting 3, and the metal fitting 3 is arranged so that a boundary between the small diameter shaft part 2b and the large diameter shaft part 2c is located in the ventilation groove 3a. Thus, since a ventilation path of the air 6 is obtained by easy processing, processing time of the bit 2 is especially shortened than in a conventional case, and component costs are reduced.
