The present invention relates to a touch panel and, more specifically, to a touch panel, comprising: a substrate divided into an effective area having a sensing electrode formed therein and a non-effective area having a writing electrode formed therein; a printing layer formed in the non-effective area of the substrate; a connection electrode formed on an upper portion of the printing layer to connect the sensing electrode and the wiring electrode; an insulation layer formed on the upper portion of the printing layer and an upper portion the connection electrode; and a guard electrode formed on an upper portion of the insulation layer. A penetration hole is formed in an overlapping area of the connection electrode, wherein the overlapping area is overlapped with the guard electrode. According to the present invention, the touch panel may prevent the connection electrode from being electrically connected to the guard electrode in the non-effective area of the substrate. |
