The present invention relates to an automatic driving control apparatus for a vehicle. The automatic driving control apparatus for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a communications part receiving an EEG signal of a user from an EEG device; a pre-processing part which converts the EEG signal into a digital signal, and converts the EEG signal converted into the digital signal into a frequency domain; a calculation part calculating delta wave energy variation amount of the EEG signal; a control signal generation part which sets a control bit as 1 in case the delta wave energy variation amount is positive, and sets the control bit as 0 in case the delta wave energy variation amount is 0 or negative, and generates one control signal with multiple control bits; and a control part which recognizes control bits after a header in the control signal as a command signal in case the header of the control signal coincides with a reference signal, and generates a driving control signal corresponding to the command signal. The communications part transmits the driving control signal to the vehicle. By the present invention, a driver can drive the vehicle at his or her own will without manipulating all sorts of manipulation devices of the vehicle since the driver can manipulate the vehicle by eye blinking only, using the automatic driving control apparatus for the vehicle. |
