Disclosed is a device for controlling a switch to prevent reverse power flow for a grid-connected inverter system including a static power-type main switch composed of two thyristors connected in antiparallel to block electrical connection between the grid-connected inverter system that stores, in a normal operation mode, power supplied from a grid power source and supplies the stored power to a critical load in a backup operation mode and the grid power source. The device for controlling the switch comprises: an error detection unit which receives a value of a detected voltage of the grid power source to detect an error in the voltage of the grid power source; a zero crossing detection unit which receives the value of the detected voltage of the grid power source to detect polarity of the voltage of the grid power source; and a gate signal output unit which generates two gate signals to determine on/off states of the two thyristors depending on an error detection result by the error detection unit and the polarity of the voltage of the grid power source by the zero crossing detection unit, and applies the two gate signals to gates of the two thyristors. |
