According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pipe cleaning system using an impeller device includes: a pipe providing a passage in which a water-air mixture flows; and an impeller device discontinuously discharging the water-air mixture by receiving the mixture through the pipe. The impeller device has a structure to discontinuously discharge the water-air mixture by using power caused by the water-air mixture flowing through the pipe. The pipe is cleaned by the water-air mixture discontinuously discharged by the impeller device.
