The present invention relates to a method of identifying molecular response of patient with psoriasis to genistein treatment which is determined in a biological sample taken from a subject via assessment of expression level of the 30 genes listed below: ACACB, CAT, CDC42EP5, EZH2, FADSl, FASN, FOXC1, FOXOl, F12, GJB2, JUN, KRT6B, MALL, MEGF9, MYH10, PCYOX1, PL3, RHOB, RHOBTB3, SFT2D2, SRM, SSPN, SYNCRIP, THBD, TIMP3, TOFT I, UST, ZNF12, ZNF483, ZNF652. A molecular assay for detecting the response of patients suffering from psoriasis to genistein treatment and the use of the expression of 30 genes for in vitro detection of psoriasis by means of real-time qRT-PCR. |
