A method for manufacturing a color filter comprises that a substrate is provided; a plurality of color resistors are sequentially formed on the substrate by a color resistor forming method, and boundaries of the adjacent color resistors are arranged in an overlapped mode; the color resistor forming method comprises that the substrate is coated with a photoresist material to form color resistor units; the color resistor units are exposed, and the intensity of the light received by the boundaries of the color resistor units is smaller than that of the light received by the body; the color resistor units are developed to form the color resistors. A color filter and a liquid crystal panel are also provided. By means of the method for manufacturing a color filter, the ox horn phenomenon generated at the overlapped positions of the boundaries of the adjacent color resistors can be reduced or eliminated by the color filter and the liquid crystal panel, so that the pixel dark fringe at the overlapped positions of the boundaries is improved, and the penetration rate of the product is increased. |
