Provided is a decorative material for floor, which has excellent thermal insulation properties, water resistance, moisture-proof properties and shape stability, while having excellent construction easiness and excellent surface characteristics such as impact resistance, load bearing properties and scratch resistance. A decorative material for floor, which sequentially comprises a resin foam layer, a support layer and a decorative layer. The resin foam layer has an expansion ratio of 5-20 times and a compressive modulus of elasticity of 20 MPa or more. The support layer has a tensile modulus of elasticity of 180 MPa or more.
