The main purpose of the present invention is to provide: a coil sheet which is capable of improving the adhesive strength between stacked sheets in a coil, while maintaining peeling properties between an adhesive layer and a base layer in the coil sheet; a coil; and a coil production method. In this coil sheet (37), a thermosetting adhesive layer (34) in a B-stage state is used to bond, to a base layer (35), a conductor layer (32) and a heat-resistant organic insulation layer (33). In this coil, a plurality of stacked sheets (36a) in the coil sheet (37), which each include the conductor layer (32a), the insulation layer (33a), and the adhesive layer (34a), and which are peeled from the base layer (35), are wound around a prescribed axis, and the adhesive layers (34a) are thermoset. |
