The invention concerns the field of chemistry and relates to oil-modified PTFE solid lubricants which can be used as additives for example or form the base material for oil-PTFE dispersions, oil-PTFE grease, or oil-PTFE lubricant pastes that can be used in special lubricants or as special lubricants and in solid lubricants or as solid lubricants for oil-free transmissions for example in the fields of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, and aerospace. The aim of the invention is to provide oil-modified PTFE solid lubricants which can be handled and metered more easily and which are readily further processable and to provide a simple and inexpensive method for producing same. This is achieved by a method for producing oil-modified PTFE solid lubricants, wherein modified PTFE micropowder with at least perfluoralkyl-(peroxy-)radicals and an oil or an oil mixture, which has olefinically unsaturated double bonds, are mixed at a mass ratio of modified PTFE micropowder to oil or oil mixture of 100 to maximally 10 and reactively converted under mechanical stress with residence times of < 10 minutes.
