The purpose of the present invention is to provide an O-ring assembly unit for a cosmetic container, which can automatically and quickly assemble a case and an O-ring used to seal a gap between the case and a cap; and a cosmetic container assembly apparatus comprising the same. According to the present invention, the O-ring assembly unit for a cosmetic container comprises: a case mounting jig to fix a case; a guide block coupling unit coupling a guide block to the case to be stood further inside in comparison with an O-ring insertion groove, wherein the guide block has a conical part whose outer diameter gradually increases downwards from the upper side in order to guide an O-ring downwards from the upper side; an O-ring coupling unit coupling the O-ring to surround the guide block coupled to the case; an O-ring insertion unit moving the O-ring downwards along the conical part of the guide block to insert the O-ring into the O-ring insertion groove of the case; and a guide block detachment unit detaching the guide block coupled to the case from the case.
