According to the present invention, the cage loading box of a poultry transport vehicle having an air conditioning function comprises: a cage loading unit in which a cage is loaded; and an air conditioning unit connected to the cage loading box, absorbing air of the cage loading box to control a temperature and humidity to a set point, and consistently maintaining a temperature, humidity, and an air cleaning degree within the cage loading unit by discharging the air to the cage loading unit after ventilating the air with ventilation with outdoor air.
