<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeliner cosmetic which can be spread smoothly to be easily drawable on eyelids, can be easily overlaid, and can draw an eyeline having a satisfactory form or density because of excellent adhesiveness, and further which hardly blurs into tear or sweat, and has excellent makeup lasting quality of hardly peeling-off in crumbs even in movement of eyelids. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to an eyeliner cosmetic in which following components (A)-(D) are blended: (A) spherical particles each having fine silicone projections over the whole area of a particle surface; (B) a film-forming component; (C) a volatile component; and (D) a colorant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
