A fatigue durable performance testing device of a bearing and a rail is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fatigue durable performance testing device of the bearing and the rail tests fatigue durable performance of the rail and the bearing rolling while contacting the rail. The fatigue durable performance testing device comprises: a piece transfer unit configured to allow a piece to reciprocate to enable the bearing to roll while contacting the piece of the rail; and a guide unit configured to guide the reciprocation of the piece.
