摘要 A solar cell (10) of the present invention is provided with a photoelectric conversion section (2), and collecting electrodes (4, 6), which are provided on a main surface of the photoelectric conversion section (2). The collecting electrodes (4, 6) include bus bar electrodes (19a, 19b, 21a, 21b), and finger electrodes (20a-20d, 22a-22d), which are connected to parts of the bus bar electrodes (19a, 19b, 21a, 21b), respectively. Each of the finger electrodes includes a first finger portion (203), which is connected to a part of a bus bar electrode, and extends such that the width thereof is reduced toward the side further from the part of the bus bar electrode, and a second finger portion (204), which is connected, at a position separated from the bus bar electrode, to a leading end of the first finger portion, and which has a width more than that of the leading end of the first finger portion (203). Consequently, a transfer distance of carriers collected to the finger electrodes is shortened, a reduction of output of a solar cell can be suppressed, and furthermore, peeling of the second finger portion can be also suppressed.
