A belt cleaner according to the present invention comprises a plurality of scrapers, which touch a belt to remove foreign matters, and at least one wire which is to be wound around the scrapers twice. Each of the scrapers consists of a pair of individual scrapers which face each other. a first through hole where the wire penetrates and a protrusion which protrudes toward the belt are formed on each of the individual scrapers. The protrusion has tip portions which are formed at both ends of the protrusion to remove foreign matters from the belt. The pair of individual scrapers further include second through holes which are formed inward from the first through holes while the scrapers face each other. At least one auxiliary wire is installed to penetrate the second through hole such that the scrapers are coupled with each other twice. The belt cleaner includes at least one spacer which couples the wire and the auxiliary wire installed on the scrapers twice with each other in a direction to traverse the wire and the auxiliary wire, such that a spacing between the separated individual scrapers is maintained. Also, the belt cleaner includes a pair of clips which are installed at both ends of the belt cleaner and fixed to the wire and the auxiliary wire to fasten the scrapers together or fix positions of the scrapers. An objective of the present invention is to provide a belt cleaner which can be applied to a conveyor belt in various sizes, can be firmly attached to the conveyor belt, and has a superb foreign matter removing capability. |
