<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like structure which can be surely joined to a heating element and a heat dissipator while surely exposing an end of a linear structure from a surface of a filling layer, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like structure comprises: a plurality of linear structures 1 formed of carbon element; a filling layer 3 formed of a thermoplastic resin whose viscosity becomes less than or equal to 10000 mPa s in a temperature range of 140°C to 250°C and filled in a space between the plurality of linear structures; a first junction layer 4 formed of metal and provided one end side of the plurality of linear structures; and a second junction layer 5 formed of metal and covering the other end of the plurality of linear structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
