摘要 The invention relates to a radar measuring device for determining a distance to a surface of a medium or to another radar target in a pipe. The radar measuring device operates in accordance with the FMCW principle and comprises a radar transmitting unit, which is designed to produce a transmitted radar signal, which is frequency-modulated in accordance with the FMCW principle, and a radar receiving unit, which is designed to receive a received radar signal reflected back on the surface of the medium or on the other radar target in the pipe, to convert the received radar signal into an intermediate frequency signal by mixing the received radar signal with the transmitted radar signal or a signal derived from the transmitted radar signal, and to determine a distance to the surface of the medium or to the other radar target in the pipe on the basis of the intermediate frequency signal thus obtained. The radar receiving unit is designed to apply a phase correction to the phase progression of the intermediate frequency signal and to produce a phase-corrected intermediate frequency signal, wherein the phase correction is designed to reduce or eliminate a dispersion-dependent phase component in the phase progression of the intermediate frequency signal and to add a phase component not dependent on dispersion effects. The radar receiving unit is designed to determine the target frequency components in the intermediate frequency signal on the basis of the phase-corrected intermediate frequency signal and to determine the distance to the surface of the medium or to the other radar target in the pipe on the basis of the target frequency components.
