The present invention relates to a three-dimensional printing device comprising: a hopper unit which stores materials for easily producing a three-dimensional concrete structure using cement, water, sand, and the like as materials; a nozzle unit which forms a three-dimensional structure by outputting the materials after supplying the materials from the hopper unit; and a movement unit for moving the nozzle unit, wherein the hopper unit comprises: a water hopper which stores water; a cement hopper which stores cement; and a sand hopper which stores sand. In addition, the nozzle unit provides the three-dimensional printing device which forms a concrete structure by mixing the materials.
