According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electrode member comprises: a substrate; a resin layer arranged on the substrate; and an electrode arranged on the resin layer. The resin layer includes a resin composition which comprises a urethane acrylate. The urethane acrylate includes: a polyol of which a main chain is a carbonate polyol or a caprolactone polyol; and an annular or a linear isocyanate coupled to the polyol. The present invention provides an electrode member with improved reliability.
