<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-making device which can be made compact as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: A box-making device comprises a function for covering by folding cover flaps continued to four wall surfaces of an opened box body. Suckers 13, 14 are provided in distal ends of two six-shaft robot arms 11, 12. The suckers include flat plates 13a, 14a for folding the cover flaps, and suction nozzles 13b, 14b for sucking a carton 20 or a small box 15. The folded carton is opened by the two suckers and set to a box-making position A, and also, the small box is supplied into the box body. The flat plates are moved along a predetermined locus and the cover flaps are folded successively to close the cover. While closing the cover flaps, one flat plate energizes the wall surfaces of the box body, and thereby supplying the box body to a next-stage taping device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
