PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet with good workability capable of putting a cargo down as it is from a forklift despite a simple structure and to provide a method for carrying the cargo with good workability where the putting down of the cargo as it is from the forklift is performed.SOLUTION: A pallet 1 having rigidity comprises: beam bodies 12, 13 having substantially uniform heights; a lower surface plate 11 fastened to the lower surfaces of the beam bodies 12, 13 or side surfaces in the vicinity of the lower surfaces of the beam bodies 12, 13; and an upper surface plate 14 which has flexibility or elasticity and which is fastened to the upper surfaces of the beam bodies 12, 13 or side surfaces in the vicinity of the upper surfaces of the beam bodies 12, 13. |
