PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade which suppresses noise and vibration during processing.SOLUTION: A diamond cutter 1 comprises: a main substrate 2 in which a shaft attachment hole 5 is formed at the center position; a diamond chip 3 formed at the outer periphery of the main substrate 2; a pair of circular small substrates 9 which are disposed at the center position of the main substrate 2 and on both front and back sides, and smaller than the main substrate 2. Irregular-shaped through holes 6 are formed around the shaft attachment hole 5 of the main substrate 2. The irregular-shaped through holes 6 have oval-shaped slit parts 6a, which are covered by the small substrates 9 from both front and rear sides, and the tips of the slit parts 6a are exposed slightly. This configuration allows the suppression of noise and vibration during processing. |
