The purpose of the present invention is to provide a holder constructed to fix an object on the holder by simple rotation manipulation, and a fixing structure therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing structure of a holder for holding a mobile terminal-holding object on an object, comprises: a driving ring equipped with at least one open surface, wherein a rotary driving part is formed on the inner side; a fist member including a first main body part inserted into the inner side of the driving ring to form a supported state, a receiving part having a first open element which is formed on the inner side of the central part of the first main body part, has at least a part of a concave groove surface in a curved surface form, and is opened toward the open surface of the driving ring, and a second open element which is integrally formed and connected along at least a side direction of the first open element, a first protruding part which is formed on a side adjacent to the first open element, and protrudes from the first main body part to the outer side of the open surface of the driving ring, and a coupling unit part which is formed on a side opposite to the first protruding part, and is formed toward an outer side of the other open surface of the driving ring; and a second member including a second main body part inserted into the receiving part of the first member to be able to rotate, a second protruding part which is extended from the second main body part, and protrudes to the outer side of the open surface of the driving ring through the first open element of the receiving part, and a rotary driven part which is formed on the second main body part, and is coupled to the rotary driving part of the driving ring to be driven through the second open element of the receiving part to be able to slide. |
