A chain locker for an anchoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a chain locker body; a vibrating plate which is arranged to be separated from the bottom surface of the chain locker body at a predetermined distance; and one or more exciting units which are installed in the bottom surface of the vibrating plate, wherein the vibrating plate is formed in a cone shape to have a highest center. Therefore, the chain locker has an improved structure to stably receive a chain therein.
