The present invention provides a mattress for preventing pressure sores, which may be installed on a regular bed, a medical bed, or a bedroom floor by having a simple structure. The mattress for preventing pressure sores includes a lower frame disposed on a disposal plan defined by first and second directions and extending in the first direction; a rectilinear motion unit fixed to the lower frame and including a rectilinear motion shaft for providing a rectilinear motion in the first direction of the lower frame; a left link having an one end connected to the rectilinear motion shaft through a lower movement joint and moving in a plan perpendicular to a disposal plane of the lower frame; a right link having one end connected to an opposite end of the left link through an upper movement joint and an opposite end connected to the lower frame through a lower fixing joint; and a cover unit extending in the first direction and having a lower surface opened, wherein the cover unit has a side surface provided with a long groove extending in the first direction, vertically moves in a third direction perpendicular to the disposal plane, and the long groove restricts the upper movement joint to limit a distance of a vertical reciprocating motion of the cover unit. |
