The present invention relates to a dash isolation pad including a thickness-variable sound isolation material and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, a sound isolation material including a binder and a filler is applied, a specific gravity with an equivalent level is kept as compared with a sound isolation material made of a rubber material with a high specific gravity, sound isolation performance is high, the weight of a vehicle can be lowered, the sound isolation material is not manufactured with a sheet, but is manufactured by using a spraying method, and can be flexibly processed with various thicknesses, the sound isolation material is formed only at the portion vulnerable to noise, and thus NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) performance is improved while effectively reducing the weight of the vehicle. The dash isolation pad comprises a first sound absorption material, a second sound absorption material, and a sound isolation material.
