PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection region display device that easily generates and displays a thumbnail image for allowing visual inspection of a setting state of an inspection region with respect to an image processing tool, and to provide an inspection region display method.SOLUTION: An inspection region display device is connected to an imaging part that images an inspection object, executes image processing on an image captured by the imaging part, and displays an inspection region where the quality of the inspection object is determined on the basis of an image processing result. A plurality of image processing tools are provided. An inspection region is set for each of the image processing tools. A thumbnail image is generated by thumbnailing the image of the inspection object including the set inspection region, and is displayed. |
