A laryngoscope handle 10 has a body 11 and a lid 12. The body 11 has a light opening 111, an abutment portion 112, a battery opening 113 and a combining portion 114. The lid 12 is detachably combined with the combining portion 114 and has a lid body 121 and an abutting unit 122. The lid body 121 has a mounting portion 123, combined with the combining portion 114 by threads, and a through hole 124 formed through the lid body 121. The abutting unit 122 is moveably mounted in the through hole 124 and engaged with the lid body 121. The abutting unit 122 may have first and second engagement portions 126, 127 and may be hollow with two slits 128 formed radially. The lid body 121 may have a recess 125 communicating with the through hole 124 and the second engagement portion 127 may abut a bottom surface of the recess 125. The abutment portion 112 may be a stepped structure. The abutting unit may be used to check the light module 21. |
