This utility model relates to the process of producing blocks which is a usable construction material, more particularly, in utilizing the waste product of egg, which is the eggshell as cement extender. The process comprises: a. collecting the waste eggshells; b. pulverizing the eggshells until the eggshells finely cracked and until powder-like or dust-like material will be attained, set aside; c. mixing the pulverized eggshell with the ordinary sand and cement and clean water; d. mixing the design cement mixture and ordinary sand; and, e. curing the product hollow block for 28 days. |
