PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping device of an electronic component in which electrostatic breakdown of the electronic component due to static electricity generated during sheet feeding can be suppressed.SOLUTION: When the number of times of crimping of a crimp tool 11 reaches a limit value and sheet feed is required, a crimp control unit moves a substrate 2 to a standby position P2. Subsequently, a sheet feed control unit performs the sheet feed for feeding a sheet 19 by a predetermined length in the Y2 direction. Thereafter, the sheet feed control unit starts counting by means of a static elimination timer at the timing when the sheet feed is completed, and notifies the crimp control unit of the completion after count-up. Upon receiving the notification, the crimp control unit moves the substrate 2 from the standby position P2 to a crimp work position P1, where an electronic component 3 is crimped by means of the crimp tool 11. |
