PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency in concentration of a waste liquid by efficiently stirring an insoluble residue.SOLUTION: A waste liquid height position estimation part 70 estimates whether a height of the insoluble residue is present above a second temperature sensor 22 or between a first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22 on the basis of temperatures Tto Tto be sent from first to third temperature sensors 21 to 23. On the basis of information from the waste liquid height position estimation part 70, when the residue is present, a control part 80 drives a stirrer 12 to stir the waste liquid. Stirring of the waste liquid is performed such that a liquid amount is larger in a case where the height of the insoluble residue is present above the second temperature sensor 22 than a case where that is present between the first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22. |
