The system (1) has a measuring apparatus (18) coupled with a dispenser unit (2). The dispenser unit dispenses a substance (10) associated with this dispenser unit and applicable on a skin surface, by actuation of the dispenser unit. The apparatus records time of actuation of the dispenser unit, time of measurement of skin parameters for detection of residence time of the substance and the measured skin parameters that are associated with the time of measurement, in a memory unit (16). The substance is provided as a pharmaceutical or cosmetic preparation unit i.e. skin cream. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting changes in parameters of skin surface of living beings to be examined. |
