The present invention is an apparatus designed to help rest and stretch the back and pelvis muscles of a tired body. It comprises of a small resting area for the legs on top and a larger resting area for the body at the bottom. Four tubular bars bent at right angles - two on top and two below - support the resting areas and allow for the height adjustment of the apparatus using the bolts found on the threaded upward facing lower bars. The advantage of the invention comes from the two bolts on the threaded bars which have the function of raising or lowering the resting platform to accommodate users of different sizes. |
