The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a touch panel comprising: a substrate divided into an effective area and a non-effective area; a color-printed layer formed on the non-effective area of the substrate; a wiring electrode formed on the color-printed layer; and an insulation printed layer formed on the wiring electrode; and a pad unit formed on an upper portion of the wiring electrode and the insulation printed layer and transmitting an electric signal of the wiring electrode to an operation unit. The purpose of the present invention is to improve a production yield rate by alleviating a manufacturing error using liquid insulation material. |
