PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part vehicle body structure of a vehicle which allows a jack bracket to change its length in a vertical direction, enables common usage of components forming the jack bracket regardless of vehicle body shapes, and secures the strength in a split part of the jack bracket.SOLUTION: A jack bracket 18 extending in a vehicle vertical direction is disposed on a rear side surface of a rear end panel 12 and includes an upper member 16, which forms an upper portion of the jack bracket 18 and is joined to the rear end panel 12, and a lower member 17, which forms a lower portion of the jack bracket 18, is joined to the upper member 16 so as to overlap with the upper member 16 in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and is also joined to the rear end panel 12. A first joint part SW1 joining the upper member 16 to the lower member 17 and a second joint part SW2 joining the lower member 17 to the rear end panel 12 are provided at positions offset from each other in the vehicle vertical direction and the vehicle fore-and-aft direction. |
