PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method for quickly measuring a metallizing ratio of a reduction iron by only performing pulverization as a pretreatment of a sample, and capable of reflecting the measurement result to operation engineering after a preliminary reduction process.SOLUTION: When a metallizing ratio of a reduction iron ore is measured, a coil is disposed on an outer periphery of a cylindrical container for filling a sample therein. In a state that the sample of the reduction iron ore is filled in the cylindrical container, inductance L of the coil expressed by (1) formula when induction voltage is applied to the coil is measured. By detecting difference of the inductance L caused by difference of magnetic permeability μ of the metal iron and iron oxide in the reduction iron ore, the metallizing ratio of the reduction iron ore is measured based on a correlation equation of the metallizing ratio of the reduction iron ore. In the formula, K:Nagaoka coefficient[-], μ:magnetic permeability [H/m], r:coil radius [m], N:wound number of coils, l:coil length [m]. |
