The present invention relates to a concealed property investigation and analysis system. More specifically, the performance of a concealed property investigation can be improved by systematizing a concealed property investigation and analysis, capturing a deceptive act and a clue of the deceptive act in early stages, and removing the omission of an investigation and the probability of an error. A concealed property analysis system, which comprises a deceptive act doubt transaction extraction unit, an automatic fund flow trace unit, a property status and variance monitoring unit, and a doubt pattern analysis unit, analyzes existing information about a financial transaction as well as property information about a search object expanded to 14 types of finance, a real estate, a salary, a stock, a membership, a vehicle, a safe-deposit box, trust assets, an investment, a leasehold deposit, a ship, a court deposit, a security deposit for repairing defects, and a dormant claim. A concealed property analysis system, which comprises a doubt degree classification unit and an inspector opinion record unit, confers a scoring function according to a deceptive doubt, and an inspector integrally performs detail investigations in order. Therefore, it is possible to improve the effectiveness of the concealed property investigation, effectively operate manpower, and reduce a period of the concealed property investigation. Furthermore, an analysis with respect to a concealed property investigation can be standardized through the concealed property investigation and analysis system by departing from an existing method depending on the individual ability of an inspector and taking into account a retirement and the like of the inspector, work can be innovated by automating trace work of an asset variance, and the availability of the concealed property investigation and analysis system can be improved. |
