The purpose of the present invention is to provide a driving device for a roll screen blind capable of preventing accidents caused by a driving string by completely preventing an exposure of the driving string by arranging the driving string inside a pipe member while facilitating the operation of the roll screen blind only with the vertical movement and the rotation of the pipe member. The present invention, in the driving device for driving a rotary shaft of the roll screen blind, includes: a guide unit (110) connected to a safety cover member (20) covering a pulley having an outer circumference where the driving string (40) is inserted while being joined to the rotary shaft (30); a pipe member (120) which is hollow to insert the guide unit (110) therein; an elastic member of which one end connected to a lower part of the guide unit (110) and the other end is connected to the pipe member (120) to be returned to an original position when the pipe member (120) moves downward along the guide unit (110); a movable unit (140) of which a part of an inner circumference corresponds to a cross section of the guide unit (110) to slide along the guide unit (110) and the rest parts of the inner circumference include hollow spaces to arrange the driving string (40) composed of two strings inside each of hollow spaces partitioned by the guide unit (110); and a fixing unit selectively gripping one driving string (40) between the two driving strings (40) by being joined to the movable unit (140) and maintaining the gripped state of the driving unit (140) only when the gripped driving string (40) moves in one direction. |
