The present invention relates to a single layer-type touch sensor for a flexible display, and more specifically, to a single layer-type touch sensor for a flexible display including a detection region (10) two-dimensionally arranged to sense a human body′s contact; and a wiring region (20) provided outside of the detection region (10). The detection region (10) includes transmitting channels (30) having a plurality of transmitting electrodes (31) disposed on upper and lower portions of a substrate (P) based on the center of the substrate (P) to sense a contact location on a Y-axis, and a receiving channel (40) having a plurality of receiving electrodes (41) disposed in zigzag between the transmitting channels (30) to sense a contact location on an X-axis. An overlapping portion of the transmitting channels and the receiving channels is insulated by an insulating layer to reduce the thickness of the single layer-type touch sensor for a flexible display. The single layer-type touch sensor for a flexible display is designed to increase capacitance to improve receiving sensitivity for sensing a contact point of the human body. |
