Disclosed are a packet processing method, a network server and a virtual private network system, which relate to the field of communications, and can solve the problem in the prior art that a virtual private network system cannot effectively suppress illegal users. The method comprises: a network server receiving a first packet sent by an access device, the first packet containing an identifier of a first user, and the identifier of the first user being used for marking the first user; according to the identifier of the first user, the network server searching for a suppression state identifier of the first user in a stored first list; and when the first list contains the suppression state identifier of the first user, the network server discarding the first packet, the suppression state identifier of the first user being used for indicating that no service is provided to the first user. |
