The present invention relates to a look-up table using an electric field-enhanced double poly EEPROM. More specifically, the look-up table comprises: a memory cell array (100) including a plurality of memory cells (MCL) arranged with an M by N array (Each of the M and the N are a natural number); an absolute value circuit (200) where an analog signal stored in the memory cell array (100) and an input signal transferred from the outside are inputted; and a WTA circuit (300) for receiving an output value of the absolute circuit (200). The look-up table represents non-volatile properties while being rapid and having a high degree of integration by using an analog memory of an analog signal method capable of processing in parallel.
